This 4- 5 hour Foundations of Sound Bath Facilitation training is a practical, beginner-friendly introduction for anyone interested in offering sound baths safely and confidently.

Designed for curious beginners, this certification focuses on core principles, safety, and simple facilitation techniques rather than performance or advanced sound therapy.

Participants will learn how sound supports relaxation and nervous system regulation, how to work with common sound bath instruments, and how to structure a sound bath from opening to closing. The training also emphasizes holding space with care, understanding contraindications, and creating a calm, supportive environment.

The experience includes a guided sound bath, hands-on learning, and opportunities for practice and observation.
